Thank you Brown family, Nicholson family, and Loeb family for the extra bandaids. We could still use some more boxes (we go through a LOT) and some foaming soap. Also, if anyone has any deck of cards at home that they would be willing to donate to the classroom, that would be great! I will be teaching some fun new math games next week that the students will need to use cards for. I will send home the directions next week.

This week in school...
- we had a Star Math assessment on iPads.
- we met with our classroom buddies.
- we learned about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We read We March and Martin's Big Words.
- we learned 4 more glued sounds (ank, ink, onk, and unk)
- we are almost half way through with first grade! Today was day 86!
- we had our last STEAM technology. Next week we will start STEAM art.
- Molly shared about her weekend Pigeon. Benjamin is taking Pigeon home today. Have fun!
- we found out which book we will be reading for our Mo Willems day party and who we will be reading with.
- we practiced adding and subtracting tens and ones using place value blocks.
- Our plants that were in the cabinet died.
