Although we were only in school for 3 short days, we got a lot done! Every Friday, the students will come up with a list of things we did over the week for us to share with our families. Here is our very first Week in Review! Enjoy!

- got to see and play with all of our friends!
- learned about and practiced being independent readers and writers. We have already built our stamina for independent reading to 17 minutes!
- practiced being a good math partner. We worked together with a friend and created something to share with the class. Ask your child about the museum walk!
- started classroom jobs. Ask your child if they have had a job yet and which job they are excited to have in the future.
- had PE with Mrs. Cifrino, Spanish with Senorita Jodrie, music with Mrs. Penn, and library with Mrs. Mullin.
- had our first practice fire drill. Ask your child how we stay safe during these drills.
- have tables in our classroom. Ask your child who they sit next to.
- learned about the first 2 Eliot School Values.

- Be Safe.
- We will learn about the third and the forth Eliot school value next week: be responsible and be curious
- met new friends and had an AMAZING week!
